How to Start a Return

  1. Step 1: Contact Support

    Email support@langyvents.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Step 2: Receive RMA Authorization

    We will provide your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

  3. Step 3: Pack & Ship Your Item

    Securely pack the item in its original box.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refund Process

Once your item is received at our Richardson, TX warehouse, we will inspect it.

Approval

If approved, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method.
